| So, its a gorgeous spring Saturday here in Jackson Ms complete with a free crawfish and beer party funded by UMMC, and I am studying cadaver heads. FML!!!! Well, I am supposed to be studying cadaver heads but have actually been painting my nails and watching movies since twelve (I was supposed to be up at eight to begin this "day o productive studying") I have decided, after watching Sarah Plain and Tall, that I was absolutely correct in stating that Christopher Walken has an unmistakable sexy vibe, and everyone who makes fun can suck it, HA! | ♥ I have just made 72 miniature cupcakes out of springtime theme funfetti, cream cheese frosting, and sprrinkles! (Reference my twitter to see picture of mini cupcake and a surprise item) I am sure I do not have to tell you that they are delish...speaking of, rachel ray will be having a cooking show here and I am a little embarrassed to say that I am super excited and want to go. I just have a feeling it will be cool, even though Rachel is not. Aside from that, its springtime, i am tired of studying and all I can think about are budlights on the beach. Whoever marries me will be pleasantly surprised to find out what cheap and low maintenance vacay's and food I require. I'm like a freakin carvival goldfish. Drive to the beach + purchase of beer and chef boyardee = happy Jessica...well right now it does. Away to conquer the wonders of amalgam carving!!!! | | |
| List of greviances: 1: Need a camera. I know I need one, and I have some money to buy one. Why have I not gone to purchase needed camera? Because shopping at bestbuy for stupid gadgety things sucks! Its an indecisive person's nightmare! 2: Grumpy because my arm hurts from my flu vaccine...and the nurse said it wouldn't! Liar! 3: Fed up with trying to figure people out, its way too confusing and totally not worth it. Just makes me all the more excited to get to Starkville Grrr, haha its nice that noone hardly reads xanga posts anymore because now I can vent! I'm going to buy a stupid camera now hopefully I won't kill anybody on the way, i think a little anger mode might be good for making a purchase. I can put some ninja ass kicking action on the Geek Squad if they get mouthy! | | |
| I think i spend my life wondering around not knowing what i want, then the minute i finally decide, I am just killing myself to get it. Either lazy and indecisive or driven and ambitious, nothing betwixt the two. (Ha, betwixt) I guess its a good thing im so indecisive or i just might be one of those irritating type A's. Today its been drizzling allll day, and I have actually really enjoyed it. It was gorgeous yesterday, and it made it impossible to study or focus on anything except being outside and playing. With the rain, it slows things down and makes it so that a life of schoolwork and studying is not depressing and something to avoid because there isnt much else to do instead. I need to decide what to wear for Halloween! I am excited that there is a party for the dental and med students on Friday, and I am especially excited that it is on Friday because the molly ringwalds play on saturday night! An 80's themed halloween party concert sounds like the culmination of all that is good in this crazy world. | | |
| Woa this is old school. I am happy to say that although a great many things have changed in the past few years, the best things are still the same. I am now in dental school and spending most of my time pursuing ways to avoid studying or stressing out about not having enough time to study. Its making me feel a bit one-dimensional so I have also been saturating myself with project runway and rachel zoe and the like, mainly because its the most different thing I can find from what the day to day is here in Jackson. Like as in "my morphology waxup of the maxillary first molar, like wow, its gorgeous, it totally kills it" The sad thing is that no one else in my class seems to be watching such programs...so they don't get it, i think for the most part they just assume I'm the batty, unwed 24 year old. Oh yeah, everyones married or dating so I have by default become one of the old maids of the class. Ah, to be back in the deep south. I don't really mind though, it gives me something to joke about. I thought i would be bored and depressed being here instead of in the young and fun Tampa scene, but I actually feel kind of over that and glad to be pursuing academics again. Ha i guess you can mask the dorkness for a while but it will always reemerge, and now Im allowed to make nerd comments and Im kinda supposed to, so there all you smart people smack -ers. I am excited to note that meredith, jess and i are all changing our hair soon, mine I believe will be a lighter brown color, maybe, I don't know, input would be appreciated, and with bangs...but i kind of have to get those, well until next time! ps. props must be given to meredith for the title, and now i have to go back to claim my stake o' Doom..mwuuuaahahaa! | | |
